Processing Time
This is a limited-edition, small-batch release. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Pre-Order & Build Time
Because each tower is made to order in limited batches to maintain quality, please allow 3–4 weeks for your tower to be built and prepared for shipment after your order is placed. This additional time ensures every tower meets our quality standards before it leaves our facility.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6-9 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order at any time. If you have any questions about your shipment, our support team is happy to help.
